3 DAY YOGA FOR STRENGTH CHALLENGE 2-4 DEC 2020
Join me for a 3 day online yoga for strength challenge. Connect with yourself and enjoy three consecutive days of power yoga, guaranteed to wake you up and activate the circulation and energies.

Each day from 07h30 South African time (that’s GMT+2), we’ll meet online via Zoom for an uplifting yoga class where you will have the opportunity to increase your focus and awareness through specific activation cues that will challenge and excite you.
Discover the strength of body and mind as we move and breathe through a series of dynamic and static yoga postures.
We’ll start will a warm up and increase the pace, slowing it down often to breathe and feel. Following the physical yoga postures and movements, we will conclude with a few minutes of deep relaxation to allow the energies to settle. Then we’ll discuss the experience at the end of the hour and you are welcome to share and/or just listen. Bring along your journal or notebook to jot down any ideas and insights.
I encourage a supportive, inclusive and accepting group space, so please be respectful of everyone else who is sharing the space with you and kindly refrain from any negativity, bullying or hate-speech. Any displays of the above will result in your removal from the session and you will forfeit your course fee. You may also be banned from future classes and events.
The sessions will take place entirely on Zoom and you will receive the access details by email before the event starts.

Who will benefit from this online yoga for strength challenge?
This session is available to everyone, however you should always seek professional health approval before commencing any physical activity, including yoga. By participating in any of my classes, you assume full responsibility for any and all injuries which may occur through that participation. As you will be practicing without supervision, you will be responsible for your own care and protection. Always listen to your body and practice from a place of positive intention and awareness of your body. In other words, see your yoga practice as something you are doing for yourself, rather than to yourself. So please be aware of your own safety when participating and if you experience any pain or dizziness, please stop immediately and rest.
