Join me for online yoga from the comfort of your home. Breathe, move and feel your way into strength and inner peace as we slowly increase awareness on all available levels. The health and wellness benefits of yoga are accessible to everyone, not just the young/strong/flexible, etc. Always listen to your body and practice from a place of positive intention and awareness of your body.
Yoga helps to improve and maintain mobility and flexibility. It strengthens muscles and increases mental and energetic endurance. Plus it’s great for your mood!
My classes are about connecting with and experiencing yourself, whatever that means for you right now. Beginners are welcome, as well as anyone interested in exploring a deep and meaningful practice. There is a strong focus on awareness, acceptance and appreciation of yourself and your current state of being. Self-love and kindness are encouraged!

Be aware of your body and current limitations and only work at a level that feels good to you in the moment. It is okay to live within your present state of being. Just keep breathing.
